Great cabin house villa. very peaceful, clean and amenities are really good. one of the best stay don't miss if your comming to wayanad. Host Fawz is really great on co-ordinating and maganing the stay. we enjoyed lot in short time. Definitely planning to visit again.
An absolute gem. Sitting in the balcony air hammock watching the bird life beyond is one of the best places you can be. Fawz is such a good host. Food amazing. Hugely recommend.
A pleasant B&B for anyone visiting Wayanad for a short stay. Food is amazing and the staff goes beyond their will to satisfy guests needs. The host will become your friend in no time. He helps with all questions related to stay/sightseeings and be part of a memorable stay. The location is very serene and secluded. I even enjoyed a private waterfall which will be allowed for access only to stream villa guests.

A beautiful stay and i wish to come back for sure sometime in future. Enjoyed the waterfalls inside the property and loved the food. The host is friendly and responsive.
Best for the couples/families who wants peaceful , serene and beautiful stay.. best stay location considering the surrounding picturesque tea gardens, valleys and green meadows . Food - you might not have options but all many nearby restaurants and cafe are there in Ooty road..within 15 -20 mins reach, again having own vehicle and good driving skills is best to have else travel might add unnecessary cost and delays. Communication might be a bit difficult with care taker and locals but you don’t need a language to express yourself. Caring , humble and sweet Aunty to take care with a smile, Just note, after 6.0 pm, you are at your own. First day we felt a bit awkward, but Fawd, reinstated the confidence on the Kerala culture which I have already experienced.- People are self disciplined. No issues with the wifi, electric and amenities, just note Kitchen is only available for light cooking like tea, coffee, Maggie..weather might be cold so ask extra blankets on the first night itself
The place exceeded our expectations . Apart from the stay, the location contains a big garden with beautiful flowers, walking and sitting area and a waterfall! The best part is that one feels really close to nature along with beautiful views and chirping sounds of birds . The entire stay and nearby area was neatly managed. Fawz is a great host, has a great nature and was very helpful.
The place is exactly how the reviews proclaimed ! Beautiful and serene surroundings. The Stream villa has a minimalist interior, that was sufficient for our every need. We loved sleeping to the sound of the rainfall around us. Fawz is a wonderful host - helpful with a positive energy. Mr Sivan, one of the caretaker, was our saviour in many ways ;) and the food from Sarojini aunty was other worldly - simple yet delicious ! The ladies from the caretaker hut, with smiles on their face, made sure that we were eating on time and our property remained spotless ! We had a great time sipping tea next to the stream - there’s a cute shed with a table and bamboo benches. We have very rarely experienced such tranquil surroundings that’s not just well maintained, but also secure and comfortable. I could continue writing, yet my review won’t do justice to the happiness that we felt during those two days of staying at Fawz’s property :)
